The activity involves continuous monitoring of microclimatic parameters (temperature, air humidity, CO2, etc.) within the spaces you intend to supervise. The data undergoes processing and transmission through a monitoring report, adhering to established technical standards, accompanied by analyses and comments outlining the trends observed in the monitored data. Both the standard report model and the emission frequency can be agreed upon. In case there is no monitoring system in place, the activity may also include the installation of the monitoring system.

The design and installation of the monitoring system, whether it is a traditional type – accessible only locally – or a wireless type accessible remotely, includes: system requirements, acceptable intervals for data analysis, systems set points, quantity and location of measuring points, drafting the operating manual, and installing the monitoring system. For a “turnkey service” from project to system testing, a partnership has been established with Capetti Elettronica S.r.l., a Piedmontese company that produces monitoring systems.
